Happy Zone provides turnkey solutions for a specific play zone project, from start to finish, including planning, design, manufacturing, transport, installation, daily maintenance advice and operation guidance that will follow every step of your project process in today and as well during the future use. Most importantly, we save your time and money!

*Online & Offline Design Service

Our design experts provide online and offline design service, including 2D, 3DMax renderings and layout plan drawings. You can mix and match as you please from our pre-configured design and customize an unique play zone in any budget, age group, area size, and playground style. Project design work are not all free of charge. To respect designers’ hard work, we will ask for 1.5 USD fee per sqm to encourage our designer always do their best to reach client’s objective. If the order is made, the design charge will sent back to client or deduct from the order value.

*Oversea Installation Service

Happy Zone offers detailed installation manual for per specific playground, which is free of charge and can be easily understood by the first time purchaser. There are also oversea installation service undertook by a China national playground-certified installation Company at customers’ expenses. The installation cost at buyer’s charge mainly includes round-way tickets, hotel accommodations, 3 meals per day, salary 100$ per day for per installer (the day will be counted since the installer set out to the day they back China), and other necessary cost happened in the journey of installation). All installers dispatched are not only certified playground safety inspectors with rich oversea installation experience, but also certified by Happy Zone to ensure “first class installation”.

*Lifetime After the Sales

All warranties specifically exclude

a.damage caused by vandalism;

b.negligence, improper installation or improper use;

c. changes in appearance resulting from weathering;

d.scratches, dents or marring as a result of use.

Warranties are valid only if products are installed and maintained in accordance with Happy Zone instructions and use approved parts.
